63OG is a French-Cameroonian rapper from Bordeaux. Before launching his musical
career, he had a promising career in basketball and moved to the United States
to try his hand at sports. After high school, he finally decided to devote
himself fully to music, influenced by the American rap scene. He developed a
style that fused trap, plugg and DMV flow, mixing minimalist sounds and
nonchalant rhythms. He is fully in line with the new wave of French rap, a
movement marked by innovative production and an unstructured melodic approach.
