One of the Netherlands' premier cabaret-inspired music duos, Acda en De Munnik
comprises Thomas Acda and Paul de Munnik whose signature harmonies, theatrical
flair and catchy relatable lyrics have seen the group maintain a stronghold on
the country's pop-rock scene for nearly three decades. Beginning life as a
theatre act, the group formed in Amsterdam in 1997 with David Middelhoff joining
for their first self-titled album. The group hit the jackpot with 1998's top ten
