Alexz Johnson is a Canadian singer-actress with a voice reminiscent of Chrissie
Hynde from The Pretenders. The comparison stops there, however, as the young
woman is cast in a Miley Cyrus mold, starting with her triumph in the series Ma
Vie de Star - Instant Star - where she also sings. The cinema took a liking to
her pretty, sulky face with Cold Squad (2004), Destination Finale 3 (2006) and
soon the Smalville series. Her debut album is due out in 2009.
