Amaia Romero Arbizu (January 3 1999) is known on stage by just her first name
Amaia. She was born into a musical family in Spain. Her uncle is a choir
director and her aunt is a singing teacher. Amaia studied classical piano at the
Conservatorio Superior de Música de Navarra. She started entering singing
competitions at an early age, including Cántame una Canción (2010) and El Número
Uno (2012). In 2016, she was vocalist on the single “Cicatrices de Mi Realidad”
