Laurent Amir Haddad, born in Paris on June 20, 1984, grew up in Israel from the
age of eight until his military service. Nicknamed Amir since childhood, he was
discovered on the TV show The Voice, la plus belle voix, and reached the final
with his cover of Elton John's "Candle in the Wind". He is also the author of
Vayehi, a debut album released in 2011 following his participation in the
