Annalisa Scarrone (August 5, 1985), who goes by just her first name and
sometimes as Nali, is an Italian pop and rock singer-songwriter who began
performing locally as a teenager in Carcare, west of Genoa. She attended the
University of Turin and had stints with the groups Malvasia and Elaphe Guttata
before garnering attention in music talent competitions. Her 2011 debut album,
Nali, went to Number 2 on the Italian Albums Chart and her single “Diamante Lei
