Ärsenik are the proponents of hardcore rap from the French suburbs. First
noticed on the Hostile compilation, Ärsenik went on to multiply their
collaborations, an obligatory step for many rappers. Their two albums Quelques
gouttes suffisent...(1998) and Quelque chose a survécu...(2002) both hit the
French Top 10. The compilation S'il en reste quelque chose (2007) seems to
indicate to fans that the adventure is over, with the brothers devoting
themselves to their solo projects.
