Barbara Pravi
Barbara Pravi, whose real name is Barbara Piévic, was born in Paris on April 10,
1993. Of Serbian and Iranian origin, she grew up in a family of artists,
combining painting, literature and music. She writes all her own lyrics, and
says she is as inspired by Barbara as she is by Jacques Brel, Georges Brassens,
Françoise Hardy and Louis Aragon. In 2015, she signed her first contract with
Capitol, and the following year performed "On m'appelle Heidi", the French
version of the credits from the film Heidi. But it was above all through her
role as Solange Duhamel in the musical Un Été...
