Dealing in melodic breakdowns, energetic drops and pumping, anthemic crescendos,
production team Blasterjaxx are born out of the big room house sound that
developed in Holland in 2010, but carved their own signature sound built on
gritty beats and colossal jolts of euphoria. Both Thom Jongkind and Idir Makhlaf
were born in The Hague, Netherlands and while Makhlaf grew up studying piano and
listening to hip-hop, Jongkind was drawn to the local electronic music scene and
