Bob Sinclar
Born Christophe Le Friant in Paris, France on May 10, 1969, the producer, DJ,
and remixer is better known by his stage name Bob Sinclar. Influenced by jazz
and hip-hop music, he began DJing in the 1980s under the name Chris the French
Kiss while creating music projects such as Reminiscence Quartet and The Mighty
Bop. In 1998, he began working under the name Bob Sinclar – the name of the main
character in the 1973 film Le Magnifique – and dived headfirst into the house
music scene. Bob Sinclar became a pioneer of French house with the release of
his debut album, Paradise, in 1998....
