Brand Nubian are an American hip-hop act featuring rappers Maxwell Dixon (who goes by the name Grand Puba), Derek Murphy (Sadat X) and Lorenzo Dechalus (Lord Jamar). Their debut album, 'One for All', came out in 1990 followed by 'In God We Trust' (1993), 'Everything Is Everything' (1994), 'Foundation' (1998), 'Fire in the Hole' (2004) and 'Time's Runnin' Out' (2007). Their 1994 track 'Word Is Bond' topped Billboard's Dance Singles Sales Chart and reached number 28 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Sales Chart.
