Hailing from Rotterdam, Broederliefde is a Dutch hip-hop group best known for double-platinum singles like "Nu sta je hier," "Ik was al binnen," and "Mi no lob." Rappers Emerson Akachar (also known as "Emms"), Jerzy Rocha Livramento (also known as "Jerr"), Javiensley Dams (also known as "Sjaf"), Edson Cesar (also known as "Edson") and Melvin Silberie (also known as "Mella") launched the project in 2013, choosing the name "Broederliefde" as the Dutch translation of "brotherly love."
