Bryan Adams is one of the best-selling artists in rock history, renowned
worldwide for his raspy vocals and anthemic, melody-driven songwriting. The son
of a British Army officer, he was born on Canadian soil in Kingston, Ontario, on
November 5, 1959. He made his musical debut at 16 years old, joining the
short-lived glam-rock band Sweeney Todd as a replacement vocalist. However, he
