The New Zealand-based rock band Capital Theater formed in Auckland in 2020. The
groups three members met several years earlier at the Pony Club, an Auckland bar
where Adam Stevenson, Roy Oliver, and actor Paul Reid began playing together
informally. After banding together, they relocated to Los Angeles, California,
and began to record their original songs. The band's producer, Mike Clink, had
previously worked on iconic albums like Guns N' Roses' Appetite for Destruction
and Whitesnake's Slip of the Tongue, and Capital Theater pursued a similarly
bold sound with their own materia...
