Clifton George Bailey III, who goes professionally by his childhood nickname
Capleton, is a Jamaican singer and DJ. Born in south-eastern Jamaica, he first
gained attention when he performed in Canada in 1989. Known for his socially and
spiritually conscious lyrics and powerful delivery, he has had a long list of
albums since he released 'Real Rough' in 1991. He toured internationally and
four of his releases went to number three on Billboard's Reggae Albums Chart:
