An undeniable link between the heavy sound of Black Sabbath and the doom metal
wave of the late eighties, Cathedral has nevertheless left its fame to others.
The band from Coventry (West Midlands) seems doomed to the sometimes unenviable
status of cult band, despite a discography dotted with The Ehereal Mirror (1993)
and The Carnival Bizarre (1995), two pure albums of licked doom. Benefiting from
