Charlotte Julian is a French singer and actress born on January 12, 1951 in Perpignan (Pyrénées-Orientales). After appearing on Mireille's TV show Le Petit Conservatoire in 1970, Charlotte Julian made a name for herself in 1972 with the song "Fleur de province", which she performed on TV in clogs.
