Christophe Maé, born Christophe Martichon, is a French pop singer, songwriter
and stage actor who first came to the public's attention in the role of Philippe
I, Duke of Orléans the brother of Louis XIV in the musical 'Le Roi Soleil' in
2005 at the age of 30. He followed this up by signing to Warner Music France and
releasing his first studio LP, the chart topping 'Mon Paradis' in 2008. He
followed this with four more number one LPs, a number of singles and live LPs.
His latest album, 'La Vie d'artiste', was released in 2019.
