City and Colour is the solo project of Dallas Green, a Canadian musician who
rose to recognition as a member of the post-hardcore group Alexisonfire. Born
Dallas Michael John Albert Green on September 29, 1980, in St. Catharines,
Ontario, he began his musical journey in a band called Helicon Blue, which
released two EPs before disbanding in 2000. Formed in 2001, his next band
