Cornelia Froboess (October 28, 1943), better known as Conny Froboess, is a
German singer, actress, and former teen idol who built a successful career
through a series of hit singles during the 1950s and 1960s. Born in the town of
Wriezen, she made her official recording debut as Die Kleine Cornelia (“The
Little Cornelia”) at the age of 8 with the single “Pack die Badehose ein”
