Blues musician Corey Harris was born in Denver, Colorado on February 21, 1969.
He is best-known as one of the main purveyors of acoustic blues in the 1990s
alongside Keb’ Mo’ and Alvin Youngblood. Discovered by composer/producer Larry
Hoffman in 1994, Harris released his solo debut album Between Midnight and Day
in 1995. The album was the first of four titles Harris released on Alligator
Records. By 2002, he had signed to Rounder Records and released the album
