Growing up in rural Australia listening to classical music and trying to imitate
Boyz II Men records, Daniel Merriweather's initial forays into the music
industry came in 2003 when he featured on Mark Ronson's album Here Comes The
Fuzz. Moving to New York he signed to Ronson's new label Allido and had an
Australian hit with debut single City Rules featuring MC Saigon; but it was his
contribution on Ronson's 2007 album Version that really signalled his
