David Phelps
Born into a religious family in Tomball, Texas, David Phelps was singing in
church from a very young age, quickly making a name for himself locally at
conventions and church gatherings, sometimes performing with his sisters Sherri
Proctor and Kerri Lee, themselves both musicians. He achieved a music degree at
the Christian Baylor University in Waco, Texas and such was his talent that
music industry professionals urged him to move into opera and other musical
