Deaf Havana are an English alternative rock band formed in Norfolk in 2005 by
vocalists James Veck-Gilodi and Ryan Mellor, lead guitarist Sebastian Sptiz,
bass player Lee Wilson and drummer Tom Ogden. Chris Pennells became lead
guitarist when Spitz left in 2005 and he announced his own departure in 2015.
Mellor quit in 2010 and lead Mathew Veck-Gilodi joined them in 2012.
School friends, they started to perform together while attending the College of
West Anglia and made their recording debut on an EP titled 'Evangeline' in 2006.
