Having been involved in a car accident at the age of 14 which put paid to his
dream of becoming a professional basketball player, Jorge Valdes Vazquez became
Dimelo Flow and began a career as a club DJ. At the age of 20 he moved from his
home country of Panama to the United States where he began working at a
Floridian radio station. He also continued DJ'ing in Tampa where he met his
