Dipha Kresna Aditya Barus (aka Dipha Barus, born on January 4th, 1986) is an
Indonesian DJ and producer, regarded as a major figure in the Indonesian dance
music scene. Barus’ work is a unique cocktail of pop, electronica, and
traditional Indonesian sounds. Heavily influenced by drum ‘n’ bass and artists
like Aphex Twin, he started producing his own music at the age of twelve. After
pursuing a career in graphic design in Malaysia, Barus decided to return to
