Disiz (formerly Disiz la Peste) is the stage name of French rapper Sérigne
M'Baye Gueye. Born in the city of Amiens on March 22, 1978, he grew up in the
Épinettes neighborhood of Évry and developed a taste for hip-hop from a very
young age. Inspired by French-speaking rap acts like NTM and IAM, he made his
debut as part of the group Rimeurs À Gages and was later discovered by fellow
rapper JoeyStarr thanks to his maxi-single" Bête de bombe (ce que les gens
