Dismember's brutal, booming form of death metal earned the Swedish group an
international audience during the 1990s and 2000s, when albums like Like an Ever
Flowing Stream and Indecent & Obscene charted in both Germany and Poland. The
group launched in 1988 in Stockholm, Sweden, with drummer Fred Estby, lead
guitarist David Blomqvist, rhythm guitarist Robert Sennebäck, and bassist Erik
