R&B artist and songwriter Andrew Neely, also known as Drew Love, was born on September 23, 1992, in San Antonio, Texas. Despite having a nomadic upbringing, he began participating in musical theatre and local talent shows at a young age, and in the fall of 2011, started releasing covers on social media under the name CL9UD, gaining recognition from DMV producer Royal and rapper Nikko Lafre.
