Earl Stevens, who goes by the name E-40, is an America rapper who has released
several hip-hop albums since his solo debut with 'Federal' in 1994 after
starting out as a performer in the mid-'80s in a group called The Click. He has
had 36 releases on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart with 14 in the top
ten, 31 releases on the Billboard 200 including two that reached the top ten and
25 releases on the Top Rap Albums Chart with 18 in the top ten.
