Fabrice Aboulker
The French composer Fabrice Aboulker was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine on July 15,
1959. Raised by an accomplished family whose members included novelist Florence
Aboulker and future governmental ambassador Nicolas Chapuis, he took an interest
in music at a young age. By 1983, he had begun working with Marc Lavoine,
serving as the pop singer's producer and songwriter. Although initial
collaborations like "Pour une biguine avec toi" failed to become hits, the two
scored their first hit in 1985, when "Elle a les yeux revolver…" climbed to
