Flavour is a Nigerian songwriter whose multilingual mix of Ibgo highlife,
Afrobeat, dancehall, and hip-hop made him a star throughout Africa during the
2010s. Born Chinedu Okoli on November 23, 1983, he grew up in Enugu, where he
launched his career as a drummer, pianist, and backup vocalist during his
teenage years. He later adopted the stage name of Flavour N'abania and released
