Gabriel Ríos
Born in Puerto Rico in 1978, Gabriel Rios rose to fame in Belgium, where he
studied painting. After experimenting with local bands, he went on to record his
own album Ghostboy, released in 2004, which was an instant success in the
Benelux countries, in a style that was still electro, thanks to production by Jo
Bogaert of Technotronic. The following album Angelhead (2007) saw him take the
alternative rock route, which became predominant on the songwriter's subsequent
productions, The Dangerous Return (2010) and This Marauder's Midnight (2015).
