Cantopop legend Hacken Lee was born Stephen Lee Hak Kan on December 6, 1967, in
British Hong Kong. His music career began in 1985 when he was offered a record
deal by PolyGram Records after winning a singing contest with a rendition of
Alan Tam's "Love in the Fog." He made his debut with a self-titled EP in 1986,
