(Hacken Lee)
Cantopop legend Hacken Lee was born Stephen Lee Hak Kan on December 6, 1967, in
British Hong Kong. His music career began in 1985 when he was offered a record
deal by PolyGram Records after winning a singing contest with a rendition of
Alan Tam's "Love in the Fog." He made his debut with a self-titled EP in 1986,
followed by the albums Signs of Life (1987), The Summer Tale (1988), and This
Place & The Feeling (1989). Even though his first couple of releases failed to
