Hua Chenyu is a Chinese singer and songwriter who was born on February 7, 1990
in Shiyan, Hubei province, China; known for his powerful vocals, emotive lyrics,
and blending of different genres. Beginning his musical education at a young
age, he learned the flute at the age of 5, and later the piano; composing his
first original song at the age of 12. In 2010, he moved to Wuhan to study pop
singing at the Conservatory and performing as lead vocalist for the rock band
