Leader of the trip-hop electro band Sneaker Pimps from 1994 to 2004, Chris
Corner moved to Berlin, where he launched IAMX, a crazy, extrovert project
unveiled on Kiss + Swallow in 2004. Through IAMX, the singer tackles taboo
subjects such as sex, drugs and death, against a backdrop of tormented electro.
A solo act joined by a live band, IAMX perseveres at the rate of one album a
year, from The Alternative (2007) to Volatile Times in 2011.
