Born Ian Couture-Kelly on March 30, 1979 in Montreal (Canada), Ian Kelly is a Quebec folk singer. He released his first English-language album, Ian Kelly's Insecurity , in 2005. His second opus, Speak Your Mind, followed in September 2008, and was certified gold in March 2011.
