Icona Pop
Icona Pop are a Swedish pop duo based around vocalists Caroline Hjelt and Aino
Jawo. The two girls met at a party in 2009 and four weeks later started writing
material for their first live performance. The girls are unashamedly pop and
their blend of punchy electronic rhythms mixed with strong hooks and catchy
lyrics has seen them develop into one of Europe's premier teen pop bands.
Their rise to fame began with the hit single 'I Love It', a strong dance tune
which they promoted by a European festival tour. The song was also featured in a
German advertising campaign for Coca C...
