IZ*ONE
The South Korean girl band IZ*ONE was created by the TV reality show Produce 48
during which contestants competed to be selected for a future girl band project.
The contestants were whittled down through audience selection to a final 12 who
then went on to become IZ*ONE. Most of the final 12 had some form of
entertainment industry background and a number of them had already appeared on
other reality shows.
