Originally from Lyon, French R&B singer Jäde (real name Adèle) first became interested in music through her sister, who was learning guitar. After her studies, she moved to Paris and took the pseudonym Jäde to publish her first tracks on a platform in 2016. Thus noticed, the singer signed with the independent label Entreprise and set about recording her first seven-track EP Première Fois (2020), followed by collaborations with Bakari, JMK$, Squidji and Edge until 2021.
