Canadian country artist from Pembroke, Ontario. He was born on April 19, 1980.
Blaine released his debut album, While We Were Waiting, in 2005, writing nine of
the album's 10 songs. Three of the album's tracks — "Heartache Like Mine," "What
I Can't Forget," and "While We Were Waiting" — became Top 40 hits on the Canada
