Born Jean-Claude Bournizien on May 15, 1939 in Beauvais (60), Jean-Claude Annoux
(stage name) took up the violin as a child. In 1957, he began writing songs for
the likes of Marcel Amont and Richard Anthony, before launching his own career
in 1963 with his first single, La Messe De Pâques / La Fête À La Java, released
by Pathé. 1965 marked a turning point, with his first popular success. The title
track "Aux Jeunes Loups", with its minimalist production and emblematic text,
became a catchphrase and introduced Jean-Claude Annoux to a wide audience. In
