Pilc (b. 1960) established his reputation in France, where he produced the album
Big One (1992) and rubbed shoulders with a number of giants. Settled in New York
since 1995 and now an American citizen, he has been involved in a wide range of
collaborations, releasing both trio albums(Live at Sweet Basil 1 & 2 in 1999)
and soloalbums (Follow Me in 2004). An internationally acclaimed soloist, he
