Born in Taoyuan, Taiwan, Jerry Yan (January 1, 1977) began his journey as a
singer in Taiwanese boyband F4 during the 2000s before releasing his debut solo
album, Jerry for You, in 2004. The album was a success, scooping the Best Album
and Best Newcomer prize at the China Top Music Awards. It cleared the way for
