Jewel Usain
Born on September 25, 1989, French artist Jewel Usain (real name Yoann
Jeanville) from Argenteuil, in the Val-d'Oise region of France, modeled his
first rap tracks as a child, but went on to make his first recording in 2011
thanks to the support of a sound engineer friend, Sy, who let him take advantage
of his home-studio set-up. He unveils one of his first freestyles, "Tu
Trappelles". He releases his first mixtape in 2015, which he christens La Rage
au Ventre , and an EP, Tel, three years later. In 2020, he releases three new
