Born on January 8th, 1983 in Taitung City to parents of Bunun and Puyama
heritage, Taiwanese aboriginal singer-songwriter Jia Jia (real name Auli
Puruburubuane) came into the world as the latest addition to an already
successful musical family. With her older sister, Samingad, her uncle, Purdur,
and her cousin, Hao En, having all launched fruitful singing careers of their
