Julieta Venegas
Julieta Venegas is one of the most popular singer-songwriters in the history of
Mexican pop music. She was born Julieta Venegas Percevault on November 24, 1970,
in Long Beach, California. She relocated at an early age to Tijuana, Mexico, and
began exploring her interest in music by age 8. In her teen years, she joined
several bands in Tijuana and Mexico City, before recording her first solo album
