Jupiter Jones
The German band Jupiter Jones comes from the Eifel region and was founded in
2002 during a party by Nicholas Müller (guitar, vocals), Michael Stadtfeld
(bass), Marco Hontheim (drums) and Sascha Eigner (guitar). Their name is derived
from the name of Jupiter Jones, the detective from Die drei ??? The band
recorded their first demo Auf das Leben in the year they were founded. They
later opened for the Donots, Muff Potter and The (International) Noise
Conspiracy. At the end of 2003, they achieved 2nd place in Rhineland-Palatinate
in the Rockbuster newcomer competition. Jupiter Jones...
