Welsh electro-pop artist Kelly Lee Owens was born on 24 August 1988 in Rhuddlan.
Growing up, she learned drums and the bass guitar, and avidly put herself in
Wales’s indie music scene. In 2009 she left behind a job as a nurse at the
behest of her parents who knew of her dreams to be a part of the music world.
After a move to London, she would learn electronic production from Daniel Avery
and James Greenwood, with Daniel Avery allowing her to collaborate on his album
