Singer and leader of the band Starshooter under the name Kent Hutchinson at the
height of the punk era, Hervé Despesse aka Kent (born in Lyon on March 31, 1957)
turned to solo singing with the album Sales Amours (1982). With his pencil or
his pen, he dabbles in comic strips, novels and children's literature, and
writes songs for himself or others ("Quelqu'un de bien" for Enzo Enzo). Away
from trends, Kent recorded a series of albums halfway between rock and chanson,
